National Nutrient Databank Conference
July 23 - July 25
Food composition data is used every day to support nutrition research, nutrition counseling, nutrition promotion efforts, food product formulation and labeling, and more. Yet most of us in nutrition know very little about the sources and reliability of this crucial data. Consequently, the National Nutrient Databank Conference being held in Minneapolis July 23-25 presents a unique opportunity to better understand the food composition data we all rely on, and ask questions and provide input to those responsible for creating and sharing this data. Check out the preliminary conference program to learn more. Register by June 1 for early bird rate.
