The Culinary Services Manager, under direction of the Executive Chef, is responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience for residents, employees, catering orders and visitors. This position is responsible for staff performance management, hiring, scheduling and staff education. The incumbent will provide guidance and direction to planning, menu formulation, preparation and serving of meals. This person will promote a spirit of cooperation with all regulatory organizations, with and expectation of appropriate compliance and corrective measures, including Kosher dietary guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have two plus years of restaurant, nutrition or dietary experience; prior supervisory experience; and be certified by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals or equivalent food services certification.

Salary: Starting at $39,000
Shift: Full Time; 9:00AM – 5:30AM; Includes Sundays, Shiva’s and other Jewish holidays.
