Qualifications & Description
Manage and supervise 2 kitchens and staff; Plan and coordinate meals; complete staff reviews and evaluations; Food Production reports; Coordinate delivery of bread and milk products; forms and applications as required by MDE and MDH; family meal statements; grant applications.
Must have a current Food Manager Certification and degree or experience in Dietetics, Nutrition or related area.
