This year’s Board of Directors has been busy updating both the MAND and the MAND Foundation bylaws.

Major revisions:
MAND Foundation – The MAND board is also now the MAND Foundation board. The MAND Past-President is the Foundation President; the current MAND President is the Foundation President-elect; and the current MAND President-elect is the Treasurer. The Executive Director also serves as the ED for the Foundation. Those changes required approval from the then-current MAND Foundation board and were approved.
MAND – The revisions were mainly cosmetic (cleaning up language; making sure bylaws reflect current practice). We also eliminated the section on DPGs since we do not have them under MAND any longer. And changes to the bylaws currently require 3 months notice to the membership for comments, and we are proposing changing that to 1 month.
